- 1/4 oz simple syurp
- 1 strawberry
- 5 mint leaves
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 oz club soda
- 1/2 oz aperol
- 1 1/2 oz Siembra Azul Tequila Blanco
Garnish: with a strawberry and basil leaves Muddle the first four ingredients then add Siembra Azul Blanco, Aperl, ice, shake then add the club soda and pour everything into a Highball glass.
